Shipping & Delivery

All items in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Except ons Wednesdays, because time with my kids always comes first.

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

You'll receive tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

We offer worldwide delivery.

We occasionally offer free shipping for domestic orders. Keep an eye on our socials or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, underwear and similar intimate items can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.

If the seal has been broken, we’re unfortunately unable to accept the return. This is in line with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Burgerlijk Wetboek, which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

We recommend checking sizing carefully before ordering. And of course, if you have any questions, we’re happy to help!

Due to hygiene regulations, we’re unable to offer refunds on underwear once the hygiene seal and packaging has been broken.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If the size or print isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange as long as the seal and packaging are not opened or damaged.

Just get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you find the right fit or favorite print.

The customs fees will be covered by the customer, and Olibear kindly asks for your understanding that we are not responsible for these expenses.
