We ship on business days. Estimated delivery times:

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.

For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if sealed and completely unworn.

To initiate a return, email returns@oli-bear.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
